Meet   Dempsey

Hi I’m Dempsey! I’m a certified personal trainer, certified holistic health coach, & all-around wellness enthusiast. My goal is simple. I want my clients to love their bodies, feel their best, and to live fully.
I enjoy all sorts of exercise, from weight training to HIIT to yoga to running to swimming to hiking to everything in between. I equally enjoy hours-long Netflix marathons, whilst eating chocolate ice cream and not moving from the couch because #EverythingInModeration.
